- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W9124709p0376. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center, Fort Bragg, intends to issue a solicitation for a requirement to provide lodging, conference space and meals for a SB Family Retreat beginning on 17 July 2009 to 20 July 2009, held in Hilton Head, SC. The Contractor will be responsible for providing 100 double occupancy lodging rooms for 3 nights, buffet meals (3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 3 dinners) for 160 adults and 60 children, light refreshments for 160 adults and 60 children, 1 conference space for adults, audio visual equipment (proxima/screen/2 mics). 1 conference space for children, TV/DVD player required, (Age breakdown 15ea - 6 mos to 11 mos; 20ea - 1y/o to 3y/o;15ea - 4y/o to 11y/o;10ea - 12y/o to 16y/o); free parking for 100 vehicles for the duration of the retreat. The purpose of this contract will be to provide cost effective service for the period of performance of 17 July 20 July 2009. The contract type will be a firm fixed price contract beginning 17 July to 20 July 2009. This requirement is determined to be classified under NAICS code is 721110 and size standard is 7.0M. The solicitation can be viewed at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 08 July 2009 under solicitation number W91247-09-T-0376. Once the solicitation is posted, it is the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents. Offerors received in response to the solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of offerors meeting or exceeding the acceptable standards. All responsible sources may submit a quote via email, which shall be considered by this agency. Offers are due on 12 July 2009 and award is anticipated on or about the 14 July 09.
