- Description
- The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment transportation, and supervision necessary to demolish the Scott Air Force Base Temporary Living Facilities. This includes one playground, to include the foundations to their complete depths, including footings, all patios, wood screen fencing and concrete walkways. There are 12 entire facilities (buildings) that need to be removed. Base bid includes 5 buildings, Option 1 includes 3 buildings, Option 2 includes 4 buildings. Project Magnitude is $1-5 million including options 1 and 2. This is a competitive best value source selection in which competing offerors' past performance history will be evaluated on a basis approximately equal to cost or price considerations. Solicitation documents will be posted on or about 22 Jul 09, with proposals due on or about 24 Aug 09.
