- This is a Sources Sought Synopsis for commercial, non-personal services. No solicitation is being issued at this time. This is a requirement for Chapel Services Positions on Langley AFB, VA. This acquisition will be 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The associated NAICS code is 813110 with a $7,000,000.00 size standard. The RFQ will contain nine (9) line items, each with one (1) base year and four (4) option years. The line item descriptions are as follows: CLIN 01: Early Morning (0830) Catholic Accompanist. Qty: 124 Hrs/yr CLIN 02: Gospel Pianist/Accompanist. Qty: 146 Hrs/yr CLIN 03: Morning (1015) Protestant Music Director. Qty: 146 Hrs/yr CLIN 04: Protestant Religious Education Coordinator. Qty: 1 CLIN 05: Catholic Formation Coordinator. Qty: 1 CLIN 06: Catholic Pastoral Coordinator. Qty: 1 CLIN 07: Catholic Auxiliary Priest. Qty: 1 CLIN 08: Early Morning (0830) Protestant Music Director. Qty: 146 Hrs/yr CLIN 09: Protestant Parish Coordinator. Qty: 1 End Item Description: This requirement will be solicited with the option of making multiple awards for each line item with respect to the best value for the government.
