- RECOVERY-Replacement of Cooling Tower and Heat Exchangers Solicitation Number: AG-82HW-S-09-0020 Notice Type: Presolicitation Synopsis: Added: Jun 26, 2009 3:34 pm RECOVERY-- The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Northern Plains Area, has a requirement to Replace building 1 cooling tower for constant temperature rooms and heat exchangers at the National Center for Genetic Resources Preservation (NCGRP), 1111 South Mason, Fort Collins, Colorado 80521-4500. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, tools, supplies and supervision to perform this work in accordance with the project plans and specifications. The NAICS code for this project is 238220 with a size standard of $14 million. This is 100% total set-aside for competition among Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). This project is funded by the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act. Magnitude of the project is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. The solicitation, AG-82HW-S-09-0020, with specifications and drawings will be available on the FedBizOpps web site on/about 7/24/2009. No paper copies of the solicitation, specifications or drawings will be available.
