- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Parts 5 and 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W912JV-09-T-4005 is issued as request for quote RFQ. We are looking for your best and final offer for the products/services listed below. This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. This acquisition is a Set-Aside for small/disadvantaged business, NAICS 562998, Size standard $5M, SIC Code: 3589, FSC: 4610, CLIN 0001, 1 each, Provide storm water filter assembly for facility DHM2-065, 6801 NE Cornfoot Rd, Portland, OR 97218 to remove oil, grease, e-coli, suspended solids, and phosphorus. The filter assembly must be capable of removing these contaminants and retaining them, without leaching, over time. Furthermore, the assembly must continue to function as a filter, allowing storm water flow up to 80 gallons minute, until all the media reaches absorption capacity.
