- **This is an amendment to previous Pre-solicitation Notice for solicitation number W15P7T-09-B-A046 fixing ONAN part numbers which were incorrectly stated in the original post** Changes are as follows: NSN...........................Incorrect ONAN P/N............Correct ONAN P/N 6115-01-368-7159..........220-4236-01.......................0220-4236-01 6115-01-368-7058..........201-3447-01.......................0201-3447-01 6115-01-370-8220..........220-4237-01.......................0220-4237-01 6115-01-370-8064..........201-3448-01.......................0201-3448-01 6115-01-368-7157..........220-4236-02.......................0220-4236-02 6115-01-370-8065..........201-3448-02.......................0201-3448-02 Below is the original posting with the correct part numbers in it: The United States Army, CECOM Contracting Center, Army Contracting Command, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703, intends to award a 5-year, Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to procure Onan Corporation (Onan) stator assemblies (National Stock Numbers (NSNs): 6115-01-368-7159 (ONAN P/N 0220-4236-01), 6115-01-370-8220 (ONAN P/N 0220-4237-01), and 6115-01-368-7157 (ONAN P/N 0220-4236-02)) and rotor assemblies ( NSNs: 6115-01-368-7058 (ONAN P/N 0201-3447-01), 6115-01-370-8064 (ONAN P/N 0201-3448-01), and 6115-01-370-8065 (ONAN P/N 0201-3448-02)) for use on 5kW and 10kW Tactical Quiet Generators (TQGs). This will be a limited competition acquisition among distributors of the above ONAN (Cage 44940) Generator Part numbers. The stator and rotor assemblies to be acquired were designed and developed by Onan and are commercial items. The procurement of these commercial items is consistent with the FAR 12.101(b) policy to acquire commercial items when they are available to meet the needs of an agency. Only these stator assemblies and rotor assemblies meet specific TQG performance and interface requirements. ONAN is the only manufacturer of the required stator assemblies and rotor assemblies, and possesses essential manufacturing data. Distributors part numbers are acceptable provided the original part number is as stated above. The NAICS code is 335312, with the corresponding size standard of 1000 employees. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Source. Parts will be shipped FOB destination to New Cumberland Army Depot, Harrisburg PA. The delivery schedule for all NSNs will be 10 units 120 days after contract continuing at a rate of 25 per month thereafter until completion of the order. All Parties interested in doing business with CECOM LCMC are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the IBOP at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. Drawings and/or links to drawings will be provided on the website.
