- Amendment 1 to previously issued Sources Sought Notice (18 Jun 09). Delays government posting of Q&A to 7 Aug 09, and indefinitely delays industry response date. The 711th Human Performance Wing (HSW) hereafter referred to as the Human Performance Wing (HPW) is currently located at Brooks City-Base, San Antonio, TX. The HPW is under the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) initiative and will relocate to Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, following cessation of activities at Brooks by 15 Sep 2011. HPW is planning to contract with firms to perform mission support services at both locations; some concurrent activity will occur at both sites as missions are transitioned. The primary focus of any resultant contract will be to provide mission support services for the HPW, including Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) and non-A&AS services support, to include administrative, project/operations management, professional studies, analyses and evaluations, engineering, and technical and scientific support.
