Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a competitive basis, two types of Transmitters and Engineering, Technical and Repair support services in accordance with the NAWCWD Statement of Work, NAWCWD Performance Specifications 13672-TS640F and 13672-ATS690B and Drawings 1236AS2502 and 1236AS2230 (AN/DPT-2C and T1653/AST-9(V) Transmitters respectively). The Transmitters are integrated with other countermeasures or emitter modules to complete required system configurations. These Transmitters are installed in sub-scale aerial targetrs and airborne pods for use on manned aircraft. These systems are then used to Evaluated U.S. weapons systems and train Fleet operators. Pricing of the Transmitters shall be on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) basis and pricing for the Engineering, Technical and Repair support services shall be on a Time and Materials (T&M) basis. Contract award may be made on a First Article Required or First Article Waived basis for these items. The government reserves the right to waive First Article for Transmitters that have been previously delivered by an offeror and accepted by the Government within the last two years. A minimum of 1 unit will be ordered at contract award, and a maximum of 200 units may be ordered over the five-year period of performance. Delivery of all units shall be FOB Destination to Naval Air Station, Point Mugu, CA beginning no later than 300 days after the effective date of the delivery order at a rate no less than 4 units per month.
