- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), GIG Operations and Sustainment Contracting Branch (PL61), intends to issue a sole source contract to RT Logic. The purpose of this action is to issue a sole source contract to RT Logic Inc. (12515 Academy Ridge View, Colorado Springs, CO 80921) to upgrade Standardized Process for Interference Recognition and Interference Targeting (SPIRIT) UHF Satellite geolocation equipment for the Joint Spectrum Center. RT Logic will provide delivery, installation, and acceptance testing of an upgraded equipment suite to replace the current QinetiQ hardware. In February 2009, RT Logic acquired the satID software suite from QinetiQ, which is the main software used to perform geolocations. The hardware upgrade is required to ensure a seamless transition of SPIRIT to the Air Force Rapid Attack Identification, Detection and Reporting System (RAIDRS) program in FY10. The RAIDRS satellite sensors in other frequency bands are run on identical RT Logic hardware platforms. RT Logic will also provide on-site training for our personnel and one year of warranty, maintenance and upgrade services on the equipment to the JSC.
