Description

This modification is to change the set aside from total small business to full and open. The solicitation is intended for vendors with existing NIH Blanket Purchase Agreements and their current GSA Schedule Supply Schedule 874 MISSION ORIENTED BUSINESS INTEGRATED SERVICES (MOBIS) contract labor rates, utilizing any and all discounts, as well as any Other Direct Costs (ODCs). Recovery, the National Institutes of Health, Office of Logisitics and Acquisitions intends to issue a competitive Blanket Purchase Agreement againist the General Services Administration (GSA) Schedules Contract. The Contractor shall provide the following task: Task Area 1: ARRA Program/Project Planning Support Task Area 2: Grants Management Lifecycle Support for ARRA funded Grants Task Area 3: ARRA Program/Project Implementation and Reporting Support. It is aniticipated that a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract will be awarded. This order is for labor categories only.
