- Description
- Procurement of 400 Ton Press Brake in accordance with Purchase Request 09-30-1004, dated June 17, 2009. The contractor shall install/ship to Customer’s facility Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, WA. Quantity is 1 each. Solicitation will be solicited as Sole Source HUBZONE Set Aside, full and open competition after exclusion of sources. Contractor shall be responsible for shipping/ installation and training. QAP 175 is used for this requirement. FOB at Destination and Inspection at Origin with Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 182 days after receipt of order. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, technically acceptable and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is August 17, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Intranet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.dla.mil/RFP to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Choose the RFP you wish to download.
