Description
This notice is to announce a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the Camp Creek/Montana Gulch Recreation Area Maintenance. This is a Base Year plus four option year contract. The period of performance for the base year is August 1, 2009 - November, 30, 2009. Option years 1-4 will be performed from May 1 to November 30, 2010 thru 2013. This is set aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 561720. The Small business size standard is $16.5 million. The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, equipment and tools, supplies and materials, except for specified Government-furnished property, required to effectively, efficiently and satisfactorily perform the recreation site maintenance, including maintenance of the surrounding area, specified in the specifications. The location of the work is at the Camp Creek Campground/Horse Corral Campground, Camp Host Area, and Buff Day area, which are located approximately 50 miles southwest of Malta, Montana, and 1 mile northeast of Zortman, Montana. Montana Gulch Campground is located approxinately 65 miles southwest of Malta, Montana and 1 mile west of Landusky, Montana. All five sites are located in the Little Rocky Mountains. All work requirements are stated in the Statement of Work which is posted with the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation at "www.fedconnect.net". The combined snyposis/soliciation closes on 7/22/2009. No hard copies of the combined synopsis/solicitation will be sent from this office. There will be a Site Tour on 7/15/2009 at 8:00 AM. Vendors are to meet at the Malta Field Office, 501 S. 2nd St. E, Malta, MT. Prospective contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. Information on CRR registration can be obtained via the internet at "http://www.ccr.gov". Vendors shall also complete their Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at "http://orca.bpn.gov". Failure to register at the CCR website will make the offeror ineligible for award.
