- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912EK-09-B-0012. The work shall include, but is not limited to: traffic control, erosion control, pavement removal, excavation, hot-mix asphalt trail widening, concrete pavement, sign placement, culvert extensions, riprap placement, and timber rail construction. This procurement is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program (Public Law 100-656). NAICS Code is 237990 and the size standard is $33.5 million average annual gross revenue. The estimated dollar range is $1,000,000 - $5,000,000. The plans and specifications for this procurement will be available on www.fbo.gov on or about July 23, 2009. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov.
