- Award Document SF26 with clauses and w/o spec's and drawings Removal of the existing roof surfaces to the roof deck (Base). E xisting roofing materials were constructed of concrete and asbestos. I nstall a new roof system per the attached specifications. The installation of heat tape and gutter system on the east and west sides of the main port building. C anopy roof (Additive #2) - will be removed and replaced per the attached specifications. operational hours of the port. All removal personnel will be trained in the removal of asbestos containing materials. Chimney (Additive #1)- Repointing of existing brick joints, all sides and provide new cement cap replicating existing conditions. This award was an IFB which included a Bid Bond and acceptance of amendment #0001 (Historical Properties Language) in accordance with Secretary of Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
