- Description
- AMOUNT: The United States Government is seeking a full-service office lease and related space consisting of approximately 12,766 rentable sq. ft. Rentable square feet must yield a minimum of 11,101 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet to a maximum of 11,656 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet, available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. LOCATION: Delineated area is as follows West: Highway 117 North: Tommy’s Road East: Berkeley Blvd. South: Ash Street REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Parking is required for 62 vehicles. Public transportation should be within two blocks. Space should also not be more then twice as long as it is wide. TERM: The proposed lease shall be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Occupancy is required June, 2010.
