- RECOVERY-THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR UNDER THE UMCS III PROGRAM. This opportunity is available only to the following Unrestricted Multiple Award Task Order Contractors (MATOC): W912DY-05-D-0014, Johnson Control, Inc This project is located at Whiteman AFB, MO. The intent of this project includes the design, fabrication, testing, installation and commissioning of a replacement for Sieman/Moore 353 Control System of five boilers located at Whiteman AFB Steam Plant (Bldg 140). The replacement control system will be a Delta V MD Plus Control System. All five boilers will be incorporated into the Delta V Single Control System. The system will be capable of complete remote control from Whiteman AFB Johnson Control Energy Management Control System (EMCS) locate3d in the Civil Engineering Building 709. All system fluid pumps and control valve operations shall be incorporated into the Delta V MD Plus Control System. The Delta V System remote operations will allow configuration, troubleshooting and complete plant control remotely while still using Delta V and Windows security. All plant processes will be monitored and controlled remotely. The installation and programming of servers and work station is included. The work station has dual screen, I/O cards, and a redundant power supply.
