- PDU Maintenance and Service @ the Robert A. Young Federal Building, 1222 Spruce St., St. Louis, MO 63103. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside. The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, equipment, and supervision to accomplish PDU Maintenance and Service at the Robert A. Young Federal Building, 1222 Spruce St., St. Louis, MO 63103. Vendor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base (FAR 52.204-7) as well as in On-Line Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov (FAR 52.204-8). Vendor must comply with HSPD-12 (Contractor Personal Identification Requirements in Homeland Presidential Directive-12)(FAR 52.204-9). Walk-throughs will be conducted on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. and Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. Contractors should meet in Room 1.300 at the Robert A. Young Federal Building, 1222 Spruce Street, St. Louis, MO 63103. Project Manager is Rick Stewart at (314) 539-7305. Service Contract Act of 1965 is applicable. For payment purposes, the contractor shall mark its final invoice for payment as “Final Invoice for Payment.” A GSA Form 1142 (Release of Claims) is required in order to receive final payment. Bid documents will be available on or about July 22, 2009.
