The U.S. Army Contracting Command, AMCOM Contracting Center, Huntsville, AL. proposes to acquire, on a sole source other than full and open competition basis from Avion Manufacturing, Inc., Cage Code 1WYD4, the upgrade of 16 Universal Blade Balance Fixture (USBF) upgrades and related services for the AH-64 Helicopter Fleet. The period of performance for this action is date of award until 31 July 2011. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. See Note 22.
