- Performance Plan-Although not a part of the official contract file, the Performance Plan outlines the government surveillance for this action. The Performance Plan will be signed by the contractor as part of the contractor's proposal, signifying the contractors understanding of how the contract surveillance will be carried out. Wage Determination for Service Contract Act compliance PWS Contract Data Requirements List Solicitation This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a contract to provide Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) for the 830th Aircraft Sustainment Group relative to the F-15 System Program Office. This requirement is for support consisting of THREE (3) each Analyst/Manager. This support shall include tasks to accomplish extensive supply system data import and integration, enhance requirements analysis and prioritization capabilities, improve supply chain problem identification/resolutions response times, identify and recommend improvement opportunities relative to long range forecasting, generate standard and ad hoc reports, and other tasks as necessary to assist F-15 System Program Office personnel in improving operational support capabilities. Contract will be for a basic year with four (4) one year options. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to utilize Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside under Full and Open after exclusion; Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
