- Award for Preventive and Remedial Maintenance on (4) Tri-Star Markers Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The OC-ALC/PKEA at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to negotiate a firm fixed price for CLIN 0001 and time and material for CLIN 0002, plus two option years; contract for the acquisition of services listed below. Solicitation Number : FA8125-09-Q-0127 ***This solicitation is Sole Source *** Classification Data: NAICS Code: 811310 FSC Code: J099 Size Standard: 7.0 M The Solicitation Document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Corresponding Documents. Attachments: Performance Work Statement (PWS) Solicitation Appendix A (Equipment) Appendix C (Saftey) Wage Determination Description of item(s) to be acquired: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment personal protective equipment and clothing, hearing protection, eye protection including prescription safety glasses, materials and parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK, to perform the minimum of two (2) Preventive Maintenances (PMs) on four (4) TRI-STAR Wire Markers and associated components and Remedial Maintenance (RM) on four (4) TRI-STAR Wire Markers and associated components. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
