- SF 1449 for RFQ-09-0244 The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) has a requirement for "Cisco Spare Parts". This requirement is being procured under FAR Part 12. The NAICS code for this requirement is 423430. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. Offerors must be certified authorized Cisco Systems resellers. All parts shall be new. Refurbished parts are not acceptable. Please see the attached Standard Format (SF) 1449 Request for Quote (RFQ) document.
