- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91LV2-09-B-0020. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision necessary to perform the following: Repair a Boiler Pump in Rotterdam, NY Repair HVAC in Schenctady, NY Repair Boilers in Horseheads, NY Repair Heat Exchanger in Watertown, NY The period of performance is 120 days from notice to proceed. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement is 238220, 1711, $14.0 Million respectively. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This is a competitive HUBZone procurement set aside for eligible HUBZone small business firms. Only one award will be made. The solicitation package will be available via the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi on or about 27 July 2009. Interested companies are advised to check the website periodically for the solicitation, and for any amendments. No telephone or email requests will be accepted. To be eligible for award, offerors must have a current, valid registration with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) at www.ccr.gov.
