- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER competition to Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Asides. The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes under Solicitation No. VA-786-09-RA-0324 for the following: The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation, materials, and reports necessary to remove(3)three pairs French Doors and install windows in their place at the Administration building at the Golden Gate National Cemetery located at 1300 Sneath Lane, San Bruno, CA 94066. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawing, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for veteran-owned small businesses. The NAICS Code is 238150. Size standard is $14.0 million. No telephone requests will be accepted. No electronic proposals will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email and addressed to Barry Ross, Contract Specialist in writing at barry.ross2@va.gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about July 8, 2009. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:30 p.m., July 29, 2009. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
