PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Description: 100% Set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOSB) under the authority of PL 1018-183 Veterans Benefits Act of 2003, Section 308. Resurface and spray dust pallative on 3.5 miles of Kelso Dunes Road, Mojave National Preserve, Kelso, California, Soliciation Number N8380090100. The National Park Service requires a firm, fixed-price contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and expertise to perform all operations required for successful completion of the project named above. Work consists blading 20' wide roadway surface to remove washboards; grade, shape and contour roadway for drainage; deliver and place 3/4" base rock; place, blend and apply "soil-sement" to roadway. The NAICS code for this project is 237310 and the small business size standard is $33.5 million. Contract duration is 30 days following the notice to proceed. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $200,00 and $400,000. This procurement is a Request for Proposals (RFP) and is subject to the provisions of Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. A site visit will be scheduled for all interested parties at a later time and date. Responses are due in 30 days.
