- RECOVERY: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE KILLARNEY LAKE BOAT DOCK REPLACEMENT. This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The work consists of furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to perform the work at the Killarney Lake Boat Launch Site. Removing the existing wood docks, wooden pilings, piers, and two transition gangways and replacing with Contractor furnished docks, piers and bulkheads, new aluminum transition gangways, and steel pilings. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS: 237990. The project site is located in Kootenai County, Idaho. The Killarney Boat Launch Site is located approximately 3.5 miles off of Idaho Hwy. 3 near Rose Lake, Idaho. Performance time is 360 calendar days. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $30,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.FedConnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is July 22, 2009. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by resultant contract award(s) may utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror(s), will be required in any resultant contract. The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public.
