Description

Using the commercial items procurement pursuant to FAR Part 12, the GSA, PBS, Pacific Rim Region intends to procure and award a firm fixed price contract for operation and maintenance services for the Sandra Day O’Connor U.S. Courthouse, 401 W. Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded for two-year base period with four two-year options. Solicitation No. GS09P09KS0164 is estimated to be uploaded and issued on July 13, 2009. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically. Interested parties may access the solicitation at the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
