SAMPLING ANALYSIS REPORT ACOE PERMIT MIDEQ PERMIT SPECIFICATIONS DRAWING 7364-D C-02 DRAWING 7364-D C-01 SOLICITATION SOLICITATION DOCUMENTATION POSTED PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - HSCG83-09-B-3WT342 Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract for Dredging at USCG Station Port Huron, MI. Major areas of work include: Dredge Boat Basin to the limits and cross sections determined appropriate. Dredge materials will be transported offsite to a location obtained by the contractor. To be considered small for purposes of Government procurement, a firm must perform at least 40% percent of the volume dredged with its own equipment or equipment owned by another small dredging concern. The basic contract year, and any resultant option year(s), shall have a guaranteed minimum contract amount of $100,000.00 and shall be limited to a maximum contract amount of $3.0 million, with a limit of $750,000.00 maximum per individual task order. The term of the contract shall be for one year from the date of contract award with an option for four (4) additional years. The government reserves the right to exercise the option(s). The total duration of the contract, including exercise of the option(s), shall not exceed 5 years. The contractor will be required to commence work on any Delivery Orders issued within ten (10) calendar days unless otherwise specified. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $20.0M. This procurement is set aside for small businesses only. NO TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings will be available for download exclusively from the Internet at this website in 15 days. Interested parties should utilize the Register to Receive Notification function at the government-wide FedBizOpps (FBO) website at https://www.fbo.gov/ under solicitation number HSCG83-09-B-3WT342. THE DUE DATE FOR OFFERS WILL BE ESTABLISHED UPON ISSUANCE OF THE INVITATION FOR BID (IFB). Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be posted solely on the Internet.
