- RECOVERY: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MUD SPRINGS LOCATED IN MESA COUNTY, COLORADO.THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED FROM THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) (RECOVERY ACT) OF 2009.The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a Information for Bids (IFB) ) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract to remove and dispose of existing wood pole fence and construct a new wood pole fence around Mud Springs Campground. Additional work includes but is not limited to, removal and disposal of existing picnic tables, and furnishing and installing picnic tables. The work is located in Mesa County, Colorado. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237990, with a standard size of $33.5M.The cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The anticipated period of performance is 61 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.This acquisition will be advertised on a restricted basis as 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-aside.
