- On or about 13 July 2009, the Omaha District Corps of Engineers will issue a Request for Quotation which will result in a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to prepare approximately 400 Ft. Peck Recreation Area Cabin Sites Land-Only Appraisal Form reports, Ft. Peck, Rock Creek, the Pines, and Hell Creek Recreation Areas, Garfield, McCone, and Valley Counties, Montana. Detailed information regarding this requirement will be outlined in the Scope of Work in the Request for Quotation. This procurement is being solicited as SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
