Description

The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Servie has a requirement for the construction of a Substance Abuse Building on the Fort Thompson Indian Reservation, Fort Thompson, SD. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, supplies, transportation, equipment, supvervision and all other necessary items to complete the project. All work shall be performed in a workman like manner, in complete compliance with all applicable industry standards, manufactures specifications and warrant requirement to meet the Government approval. Duration of the contract will be one hundred and thirty five days from the notice to proceed date. bid Bond, Payment and Performance Bonds are required. Set Aside Notice: this solicitation is set aside for Hub Zone businesses, and is further resticted to South Dakota and North Dakota. Indian Preference clause in employment and subcontracting is made part of this solicitatino and resultant contract. The solicitation package will be made available approximately fifteen days (15) after publication of this notice. The project magnitude is $500,000.00 to $800,000.00
