Description

Past Performance Questionnaire SOW for Mobile Maritime Gamma and Neutron Radiation Detection Combined synopsis/solicitation for Mobile Maritime Gamma and Neutron Radiation Detection This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-34 – Technical Amendment. This acquisition is not a set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334511. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) intends to negotiate and award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA’s) for commercially available radiation detection systems that perform gamma detection, neutron detection, and isotope identification. The solicitation number associated with this combined Synopsis/Solicitation is HSHQDC-09-R-00102.
