- Contract: R09PC20R05Solicitation: R09PS20R05 TAS::14 0681::TAS RECOVERY The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Proposals for a firm fixed price contract for supplies for the Red Bluff Pumping Plant and Fish Screen - Pumps and Motors. The work is located near the Red Bluff Diversion Dam on the Sacramento River, approximately 2 miles southeast of the town of Red Bluff, California in Tehama County. The NAICS Code is 333911, size standard 500 employees. Award of the contract will be made in accordance with the HUBZone Price Evaluation Preference procedures as described in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.1307. The principal components of work are as follows: 1. Furnishing vertical axial-flow pumps (2 pumps rated at 131.25 cfs and 7 pumps rated at 262.5 cfs), line shafts, column pipes, discharge heads, and miscellaneous components.2. Furnishing vertical induction motors.3. Providing services of an erecting engineer to oversee fabrication, transporting, delivery, unloading and stoarge of pumps and motors, and commissioning of units once pumping plant is complete.4. Delivering pumps and motors to the project site F.O.B., unloading, and placing in storage area. No installation will be required by the Contractor, the Government will be responsible for installation. The Government intends to solicit under FAR Part 15; FAR Part 12 will not be applicable to this work. Solicitation R09PS20R05 will be posted at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or around July 21, 2009. The estimated date for receipt of proposals is August 21, 2009. The solicitation and specifications must be downloaded at the above site, with the drawings being mailed to you by hardcopy. No paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed wiht the exception of the drawings. In order to register on the Bidder's Mailing List to receive the drawings, you must register by clicking on the solicitation number and then select the "Vendor Interest" tab taking the following steps: 1) click on the Vendor Interest Tab; 2) enter DUNS number; 3) enter Password or Tax ID Number. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Annual Representations and Certifications, as required by FAR 4.1102, apply to this procurement. Prospective contractors must be registered prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Information on annual Representations and Certifications can be obtained via the Internet at http://orca.bpn.gov. **Please note** You will not be able to register on the Bidder's Mailing List until the solicitation is posted, on or around July 21, 2009.
