- RECOVERY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. A firm fixed priced task order was awarded to DMJMH+N, Inc of Arlington, VA, under contract AG-3K15-C-08-0011 for architectural and engineering (A-E) services. The task order is for design services to update existing construction plans and specifications for the major renovations to the research center in Miles City, Montana. The renovations are to address critical deferred maintenance items by repair or replacement of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and incidental repairs. This task order is issued under an existing indefinite quantity contract for A-E Services. The contract was competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR 36.6 Architectural and Engineering (A-E) services. The selection of DMJMH+N, Inc was based upon criteria which included the following: overall technical expertise, specialized technical knowledge, specialized knowledge of the location where the work will be performed, and an internal analysis of costs.
