- Design-Build Construction Repair of Elevator Number 2 in Building 220, Rock Island Arsenal. The contractor will make repairs on/to the elevator and hoistway to make them code compliant and to re-establish service. The Contractor will complete design, drawings, and code reviews as required to perform the work. Upgrade fire alarm system as required to meet the codes.
