- Redacted JA AssetWIN Technical Support Renwal SP470709Q0028 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) SP4704-09-Q-0028. This RFQ is for an offeror to provide the following new items listed below to the HDI Federal Center in Battle Creek, MI at FOB Destination. This is a brand name requirement for AssetWin technical support renewal. All responsible parties are encouraged to respond. No substitutions of required supplies or services are allowed. New items should be quoted only. The resulting contract or order will be firm-fixed price. Place of performance is HDI Federal Center, 74 Washington Avenue North, Battle Creek, Michigan 49037. The offeror shall provide a price for each contract line item number (CLIN). The Government will make award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable responsible offeror. Each line item must be quoted. Quotations received quoting quantities of less than requested or other models will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award.
