- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (i) Solicitation F4D3D99168A003 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (ii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-34. (iii) This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 423220 and small business size standard 100 employees. (iv) Re-floor base library IAW the following dimensions/materials: Will remove, purchase and install approximately 1300 yds of carpeting in the same area where the carpeting is to be removed. Carpeting Products and Materials: 11556 FT2 of Grand Ave Tile 24”X24”, 879 The Plaza/ Pantone 19-1020 TPX 800 LF of 4” Rubber Topset Base, 209 Grey Beige Install and purchase Vinyl Flooring for attic, stairs and bottom floor administrative area. Tiling Products and Materials: 2115 FT2 of Essentials VCT Tile 1/8 12 X12 350 LF of 4” Rubber Topset Base, 209 Grey Beige 2115 FT2 of Level Float Floor 20 LF Stair Nose Rubber (v) Delivery/Installation is to take place 30 days ARO. FOB Destination is preferred to Bldg 10343, Vandenberg AFB CA, 93437. (vi) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, or complete on ORCA website: http://orca.bpn.gov/ with its offer. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
