- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W52H09-09-R-0316. PLEASE NOTE THIS SOLICITATION REQUIRES ACCESS TO A CLASSIFIED SPECIFICATION - ANY OFFEROR MUST HAVE A U.S. SECRETY FACILITY CLEARANCE BEFORE DOCUMENT IS RELEASED. SEE DD FORM 254 - DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE CONTRACT SECURITY CLASSIFICATION SPECIFICATION FOR GUIDANCE. The Government intends to issue Solicitation W52H09-09-R-0316 for the 40MM LFU/ARD, NSN: 1240-01-537-6986, PN: 13010579. The Government intends to solicit a Three-year, Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quanity type contract utilizing full and open competition procedures. Guaranteed Minimum Quantity will be 500 each 40MM LFU/ARD with Maximum Contract Quantity of 6,000 each 40MM LFU/ARD.
