This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number is F3B3E29153A003 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Quotes must be received by Weds 22 July 2009 at 1600 (4:00 p.m.) Greenwich Daylight Time (United Kingdom) or 11:00 a.m. EDT.
