- AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) PROJECT THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO Jacobs Engineering of Bellevue, Washington under the U.S. FWS Region 1 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract number 101819D233. This is not a solicitation. The U.S. FWS has a requirement to complete a Value Engineering (VE) study for the relocation of the 25KV transmission line in the Bandon Marsh National Wildlife Refuge. The IDIQ contract was previously awarded under A/E procedures following the Brooks Act. Source selection under this requirement is considered competitive in accordance with the previously mentioned source selection guidelines. The IDIQ Task Order is firm fixed price. The NAICS code is 541330; size standard $4.5 million. Task Order award is contingent on Jacobs Engineering Group Inc's acceptance of the reporting requirements outlined in Section 1512 of the Recovery Act.
