Description: FOR INFORMATION ONLY--AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROJECT The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Contracting and General Services Office in Portland, Oregon has a requirement for the Sacramento River National Wildlife Refuge (Llano Seco Unit shop) at 8369 Hugh Baber Lane, Chico, CA 95928, to have a contractor Supply, Deliver and Install a Prefabricated (40 feet wide by 100 feet long, nominal 18 feet at eave, 2:12 roof pitch, simple gable roof) Equipment Storage Metal Building. NOTE: This unit is located in Butte County and the actual site for the new storage building is inside a private ranch, therefore, any pre-bid contractor site visits shall be escorted to the proposed building site. Basis for award will be Lowest Price Quote. A competitive RFQ, solicitation no. 80181RQ269 to include all attachments, will only be issued via GSA e-Buy within (approximate) 5 days of this pre-solicitation notice and will only be available electronically through https://www.ebuy.gsa.gov/. The solicitation response date (which has not currently been determined) will be at 3:00 PM (PDT). No further notice will be posted on FedBizOpps. Our intent is to issue one delivery order contract award from an existing GSA Schedule under Special Item Numbers (SINs): 361 10A Pre-Engineered and Prefabricated Buildings and Structures for Storage Solutions; 361 30 Ancillary Services relating to Pre-Engineered/Prefabricated Buildings and Structures; and 361 32 Installation and Site Preparation for Pre-Engineered/Prefabricated Buildings and Structures. Estimated delivery (project completion) date is 300 days from contract award date.
