- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is 9TC875 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-34 and DFARS change notice 20090115. This purchase is restricted to 100% Small Business concerns. The NAICS code is 314999 and the size standard is 500 employees. This is a brand name or equal requirement for miscellaneous parachute equipment and essential skills parachute canopy control course. The contractor shall provide the following items: CLIN 0001-MJ-12 container with quick ejector leg hardware and skyhook set-up. All other components standard.
