- The scope of work consists of but is not limited to the following: repair of cracking asphalt, resurface the parking lot, and stripe the parking spaces. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded for the aforementioned services. Performance based contracting does not apply to this procurement as this acquisition is for construction services. The estimated project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAIC) code is 238990 with a Small Business Administration size standard of $14 million. This procurement is open to all business concerns. Small business concerns, including HUBZone, veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, disadvantaged and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. This solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available via the internet only. No hard copies will be mailed. Contractors are responsible for downloading their own copies of this solicitation, amendments, and other documents related to this solicitation. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://fedbizops.gov. Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) is a secure website designed to safeguard sensitive but unclassified (SBU) acquisition information. Demonstration videos are located under General Info. It is fully integrated with other electronic government initiatives such as Central Contract Registration (CCR), and is available for use by all Federal agencies. All government contractors must be registered in CCR prior to receiving an award, as of October 1, 2003. You may access CCR at www.bpn.gov. On January 1, 2005 all vendors are required to use the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) in federal solicitations as a part of the proposal submission process per the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The proposed contract is being solicited as Unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Offer due date and time for receipt of proposals will be set at the time the full solicitation is posted.
