- (Sol# 401819Q683) Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and an award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is for janitorial/custodial services. For more detail, please view and apply to this solicitation at http://ideasec.nbc.gov/j2ee/login.jsp. NAICS Code: 541370, Size Standard: $4,500,000.00. This work entails the review and reconciliation of land records from Federal Assistance/Aid with land records from the State Fish and Game agencies; providing technical real estate assistance and advice to grant managers and grant recipients; and providing summary reports and briefings. The Job is located at the Fish & Wildlife Service (Division of Federal Aid), Atlanta, GA 30345 (http://www.fws.gov/grants/) (http://www.fws.gov/southeast/). Contractor must meet all applicable education and qualification requirements as indicated within the solicitation. This is a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned (Total Small Business) Set-Aside. A firm fixed price commercial order will be issued. The Fish and Wildlife Service is presently using Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue Request for Quotations and Purchase Orders. You must register in EC at web site http://www.ccr.gov. If you have any registration questions, please call 1-888-227-2423. Prior to registering each company must obtain a Dun and Bradstreet Number. You may obtain this number free of charge at 1(866)705-5711. Once you are registered you will be able to view solicitations on line at either http://www.fedbizopps.gov or http://ideasec.nbc.gov (the Department of Interior site).
