Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Bio-Rad Laboratories for the following items: 1. #1855096, amount 1, CFX96 Real-Time PCR Detection System. Modular thermal cycler platform, includes C1000 thermal cycler chassis, CFX96 optical reaction module, CFX Manager software, cables, reagent and consumables 2. #1708884BUN, amount 1, IQ SYBR GRN SUPERMX 2000 RXN 3. #1855096T, amount 1, onsite training. CDC believes that this requirement is met by only one provider. This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 6.302-2. Only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation is being issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by submitting a bid for the following items. You should be able to provide all three items. Please include any freight charges if they are required; prepay and add is not allowed. This equipment is being shipped to Atlanta, GA. This procurement is not set-aside for small business.
