- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: Qty 1 GPX 3400 Fusion Splicing and Glass Processing System with PM rotation. This requirement is sole sourced to Vytran LLC, 1400 Campus Drive West, Morganville, NJ 07751. The splicers requested are compatible with currently code owned Vytran systems. The splicers must be compatible in all aspects with existing equipment to have a fully functional lab. Any firms believing that they can provide the GPX 3400 Fusion Splicing and Glass Processing System with PM rotation may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the material without causing programmatic hardship.
