Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 335228, Size Standard 500 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KTAV9157A002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-34 effective 01 Jul 2009. The Government intends to award six contract line item numbers (CLINs) as follows: CLIN 0001: 20 Maytag (name brand or equal) 4.5 cu Ft free standing range. Includes four cook-top burners, electronic ignition, sealed surface burners with flame-guard chambers, removable knobs, 12,000- btu power boost TM burners, two 9,200-btu burners, thermal distribution channels with multi-directional airflow, hidden bake burner, two heavy duty chrome oven racks with six position flexibility and porcelain enamel broiler pan. Dimensions H 46 3/4" X W 29 7/8 " X D 27" CLIN 0002: 20 Whirlpool (name brand or equal) dishwasher: standard tub 5 CYC, No Heat Dry, Custom Silver, FRMLESS; WHIRLPOOL MODEL NBR for the Dishwasher: TUB4700SQ CLIN 0003: 20 40 Gallon Natural Gas Water Heaters CLIN 0004: 20 Top Load Washer Commercial Quality (Whirlpool model# WTW5200VQ - name brand or equal) CLIN 0005: 20 Electric Dryer Commercial Quality (Whirlpool model# WED5200VQ - name brand or equal) CLIN 0006: 20 18.2 CU FT Refrigerator with factory installed ice maker (Energy Star - Whirlpool model# ET8CHEXVQ name brand or equal) THIS IS AN UNFUNDED REQUIREMENT: "This requirement is unfunded. No obligation may be incurred until funds are available and certified by Accounting and Finance." Funds are not presently available for this contract.
