- Bureau of Land Management - Escalante, UT- has a requirement for vendors to provide janitorial services at three locations. Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment with the exception of those provided by the government for this performance based acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System Number for this procurement is 561720. The anticipated performance time is from August 20, 2009 - August 19, 2010. Proposals will be evaluated for best value to the government based on Technical Ability, Past Performance and Price. Comparitively, price will be of lesser weight when compared with technical ability and past performance. The solicitation with statement of work and performance based expectations will be available by electronic posting only on or about August 1, 2009. Receipt of offers will be on or about August 16, 2009. Offerors wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solicitation at http://www.fedconnect.net. Additionally, quoters must have a Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) number and register at www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award of any federal contract.
