Description

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W58P0509T0040. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-2, the U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM) Contracting Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA, intends to acquire nine Spare Part Items for the ISU 96 Refrigeration Containers, from Williams Transport Refrigeration, 3235 Profit Drive, Fairfield, OH. The Government has an urgent requirement for these items. The sole source acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The appliciable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423740 with a size standard of 500 employees.
