- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR COMPOSITEOVERWRAPPED PRESSURE VESSELS. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in theirquote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a writtenamendment will not be issued.The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions received in regards to thesolicitation.Question 1: We would like to receive the drawing in order to quote the pressure vessels.Answer 1: This solicitation is for the design and fabrication of Composite OverwrappedPressure Vessels for the International Space Station, therefore no drawings were providedwith the solicitation. Question 2: We would like to receive the deadlines in order to quote the pressurevessels.Answer 2: The deadline for submission of proposals is August 7th, 2009, as stated in thesolicitation. Deadlines for deliverables are stated in the Statement of Work.The due date for receipt of offers is not extended. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASAAcquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on July 9, 2009. Documents related to thisprocurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web(WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
