- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912BU-09-T-0050. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to award on a Sole Source basis with Wanamaker Office Lease, LP for the procurement of office renovations, 7th Floor Engineering Division in Philadelphia, PA to begin on or about 27 July 2009, with completion NLT 21 August 2009. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract award will be made on the basis of this notice. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document and request for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within three (3) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 531120 with a size standard of $7.0 Million.
